1.UCAN (大專校院就業職能診斷平台) (可自行上網測驗)
UCAN (Career and Competency Assessment Network) (You can take the assessment online)
(1)本平台結合職涯探索及職能診斷，以貼近產業需求的職能為依據，增加學生對職場趨勢、職能的暸解。
This platform combines career exploration and competency diagnosis, based on competencies that align with industry demands, increasing students’ understanding of workplace trends and skills required.
(2)透過自我的評量，以協助學生提早進行職涯規劃，瞭解自我職能缺口，針對能力缺口進行學習，以具備正確的職場 職能，提高個人職場競爭力。
Through self-assessment, it assists students in early career planning, identifying gaps in their own competencies, and addressing skill deficiencies through targeted learning. This ensures the acquisition of relevant workplace skills, enhancing personal competitiveness in the job market.

Career Series Activities
藉由參加各項職涯探索活動、履歷撰寫及面試技巧、職場權益及安全宣導、產業趨勢與就業準備等主題講座活動， 提高學生職場能力。✨
Participating in various career exploration activities, resume writing, interview skills, workplace rights and safety advocacy, industry trends, and employment preparation lectures aim to enhance students’ workplace abilities.
1.職涯講座(Career Series Activities) 邀請產業知名人士分享職涯/就業講座，講座包括面試訓練、履歷撰寫及健檢、面試及服裝儀態、談吐技巧及校友職場 經驗分享等，讓同學在即將跨入職場前做足自我準備，為未來的職業生涯做好準備。
Invite industry experts to share career and employment lectures, covering topics such as interview training, resume writing and optimization, interview etiquette and attire, communication skills, and alumni’s workplace experiences. These lectures empower students to adequately prepare themselves before entering the workforce, ensuring they are well-equipped for their future careers.
2.企業職場參訪(Corporate Workplace Visits) 透過參訪活動，讓同學直接了解企業運作和文化的機會。藉由親身體驗企業內部的運作，與現場專業人士互動，以深 入了解相關行業特點和實務可能面臨的挑戰。
Through visitation activities, provide students with a direct opportunity to comprehend the functioning and culture of different companies. By experiencing the inner workings of companies and engaging with professionals on-site, students can gain a deeper understanding of industry characteristics and the practical challenges that might be encountered.
Job Matching
透過就業相關活動，提供多元就業機會及選擇，增加學生就業機會。
Through various campus employment-related activities, diverse job opportunities and choices are provided, increasing students’ chances of employment.
1.企業徵才說明會(Company Recruitment Information Sessions)
各領域知名企業入校辦理小規模說明會，說明最新招募職缺與應徵方式，讓企業能夠完整介紹企業文化、福利制度及 職缺說明，協助同學對企業與職缺全盤了解，促進就業媒合，讓同學踏出成功就業的第一步，提升就業競爭力。
Renowned companies from various fields conduct small-scale on-campus information sessions, presenting the latest job openings and application methods. These sessions allow companies to provide comprehensive introductions to their corporate culture, benefits, and job descriptions. They assist students in gaining a holistic understanding of the companies and positions available, promoting job matching. This helps students take the first step toward successful employment and enhances their competitiveness in the job market.
2.校園就業博覽會(Campus Job Fair)
(1)透過校園就業博覽會，搭建同學求職與企業求才之媒合平台。
The campus job fair serves as a platform to connect students seeking employment with companies looking for talent
(2)企業以擺設攤位的方式，向同學介紹公司基本資料及最新工作職缺；同學可透過攤位直接互動，具體了解自己心儀 的企業徵才需求或管理風格，並投遞履歷。
Companies set up booths to introduce their basic information and the latest job openings to students. Students can interact directly at these booths to gain a concrete understanding of their desired companies’ recruitment needs or management styles, and submit their resumes.

Q1境外學生（外國學生、僑生、港澳生）就學期間是否可在台工作?
Can international students (foreign students, Hong Kong, and Macau students) work in Taiwan during their study period?
A1：
1. 境外學生（外國學生、僑生、港澳生）在臺灣工作（不論是在校內或校外），依規定必須先申請工作許可證後，始 可工作。
1.International students(foreign students, Hong Kong, and Macau students) working in Taiwan (both on-campus and off-campus) are required to apply for a work permit as per regulations BEFORE commencing work.
2.除工作許可期間最長時間為6個月。
The maximum duration of the work permit is 6 months.
3.除寒暑假外，每星期最長時數為20小時。
The maximum work hours are 20 hours per week, except during summer and winter vacation.
4.未依規定申請工作許可，即受聘僱為他人工作者，依就業服務法，處新台幣三萬元以上十五萬以下之罰鍰。
Failure to apply for a work permit as required and being employed by others is subject to a fine ranging from NT$ 30,000 to 150,000, in accordance with the Employment Services Act.
Q2.國際學生(大陸學生)就學期間是否可在台工作?
Can international students (Mainland Chinese students) work in Taiwan during their study period?
A2:依「大陸地區人民來臺就讀專科以上學校辦法」第15條規定，未開放中國大陸人士來臺工作，陸生畢業後尚無法 留臺就業，在學期間亦不能打工，惟可擔任與課程學習相關之「研究助理」及「教學助理」。
According to Article 15 of the “Regulations for Mainland Area People to Pursue Studies in Taiwan for Associate Degree or Above,” individuals from Mainland China are not permitted to work in Taiwan. Mainland Chinese students are not allowed to work during their study period, and after graduation, they are unable to stay in Taiwan for employment purposes. However, they are eligible to serve as “research assistants” or “teaching assistants” related to their academic studies.

Q1.境外學生（外國學生、僑生、港澳生）畢業後，可以留在臺灣工作嗎?
Can international students (foreign students, Hong Kong, and Macau students) stay and work in Taiwan after graduation?
A1:境外學生（外國學生、僑生、港澳生）是可以留在臺灣工作，目前針對國際學生畢業後申請留臺共分為三種方式 辦理：
International students (foreign students, Hong Kong, and Macau students) are eligible to stay and work in Taiwan. Currently, there are three main ways for international students to apply to stay in Taiwan after graduation:
(1)延期居留:一次可申請6個月，得申請展延一次。Extension of Residency: You can apply for a 6-month extension once.
(2)留臺工作:分評點制或專業人士來臺就業，詳細請參閱A4。
Employment in Taiwan: This can be pursued through a points-based system or as a skilled professional coming to work in Taiwan. For details, please refer to Q3.
★提醒:根據入出國及移民署規定，國際學生在畢業後(可領取畢業證書日)10天內離境。
★Reminder:According to regulations of the National Immigration Agency, international students must leave the country within 10 days after graduation (the date when the graduation certificate can be obtained).
Q2.應屆畢業境外學生（外國學生、僑生、港澳生）延期居留期間是否可以打工？
Can international students (foreign students, Hong Kong, and Macau students) on post-graduation extension of stay work during this period?
A2:畢業後延期居留的這段時間（尚未取得核可文件前），不可以打工。延期居留主要目的是讓各位同學找工作，因 此在找到全職工作前是沒有工作證的，絕對不可以違法打工！
During the period of post-graduation extension of stay (before obtaining the approved documents), working is not allowed.
The main purpose of the post-graduation extension is to allow students to search for jobs. Therefore, until you secure a full-time job and receive a work permit, it is strictly prohibited to engage in any form of unauthorized work.
🔔提醒 Reminder🔔
1.勞動部規定，境外學生若是沒有工作許可證就自行打工，被查到的話需要罰3萬至15萬元罰鍰，同時將會被管制3年 不得再來台工作。
According to regulations by the Ministry of Labor, if foreign students work without a work permit and are caught, they could face fines ranging from NT$30,000 to NT$150,000 and a 3-year work ban in Taiwan.
2.雇主如聘請沒有工作證的境外學生，將被罰15萬元至75萬元。
Employers who hire foreign students without a work permit may be fined between NT$150,000 and NT$750,000.
Q3.應屆畢業境外學生（外國學生、僑生、港澳生）有哪些方式可以申請工作證呢？
What are the ways for recent international graduates (foreign students, Hong Kong, and Macau students) to apply for a work permit?
A3:應屆畢業境外學生要申請工作證，有兩種申請規定：
Recent international graduates have two ways to apply for a work permit:
1.依僑外生留臺工作評點新制
評點制，就是行政院在2014年7月1號開始，只要你是在臺灣公立或經立案的私立大專以上的院校畢業的外籍生、僑生 或其他華裔學生，都可以使用評點制申請。評點制只要你累積70點的分數，就可以符合申請資格。(附件_聘僱在臺畢 業僑外生工作評點表)
Apply through the New Points-Based System for Overseas, Hong Kong, and Macau Students.Starting on July 1, 2014, the Points-Based System allows foreign students, overseas compatriot students, and other ethnic Chinese students who have graduated from public or registered private institutions of higher education in Taiwan to apply. Under this system, if you accumulate a score of 70 points, you qualify for application.(Attachment:Overseas Chinese/Foreign Student Graduated in Taiwan Comment System Form)
2.依一般依薪資、工作經驗等條件申請
比照外籍專業人士在臺工作的標準，需要符合像是大學畢業後需具2年以上工作經驗，或具碩士以上學位，而外國人之 受聘僱月平均薪資須達新台幣4萬7,971元。

Applying based on general criteria such as salary and work experience.Following the standards for foreign professionals working in Taiwan, this route requires meeting criteria such as having at least 2 years of work experience after university graduation or holding a master’s degree or higher. Q4. 應屆國際學生(大陸學生) 畢業後，可以留在臺灣工作嗎?
Can international students (Mainland Chinese students) stay and work in Taiwan after graduation?
A4:依「大陸地區人民來臺就讀專科以上學校辦法」第18條規定，陸生應於畢業1個月後離境；且依「臺灣地區與大陸 地區人民關係條例」第11條及第95條規定，中國大陸人士尚不得來臺工作。
According to Article 18 of the “Regulations for Mainland Area People to Pursue Studies in Taiwan for Associate Degree or Above,” Mainland Chinese students are required to leave within one month after graduation. Additionally, according to Article 11 and Article 95 of the “Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area,” individuals from Mainland China are currently not permitted to work in Taiwan.
Q5.應屆畢業國際學生（外國學生、僑生、港澳生）一定要拿到畢業證書才能申請留台工作嗎?

A5:一定要拿到畢業證書才能申請留台工作! 如果在延畢期間找到工作，仍然必須先把學分修完、領取畢業證書，才能 辦理畢業後留台工作。
Yes! It is necessary to obtain the graduation certificate before applying for a work permit to stay in Taiwan!
Even if you find a job during the extended graduation period, you still need to complete your credits, receive the graduation certificate, and then proceed to apply for post-graduation work in Taiwan.
Q6.工作許可一定要雇主幫忙申請嗎?
Is it necessary for the employer to help with the application for a work permit?
A6: 必須先找到有公司願意聘請您，幫您提出工作證的申請。所以，並不是只要符合70點就可以自行申請工作證，然 後再來找工作，這樣是不行的。工作證必須以公司的名義來向勞動部提出申請。
Yes! You must first find a company willing to hire you and have them submit the work permit application on your behalf.
Therefore, it’s not just about meeting the 70-point requirement and then applying for a work permit on your own before finding a job. Work permit applications must be made under the company’s name to the Ministry of Labor.
